For every image/video of a Project Hope Foundation program participant, caregivers/clients/legal guardians have given express, written permission for their participant’s photographic portraits, pictures, digital images, or videotapes to be used in the promotion of Project Hope Foundation and the services it provides. Project Hope Foundation does not use any images of program participants without first obtaining informed consent to do so. Project Hope Foundation program participants/their legal guardians reserve the right to revoke permission to use their images at any time.
