Janice Baker
Janice began working with Hope in November of 2015. She started out as a line therapist, then moved into a senior therapist position before becoming an RBT in HAJ. After being in HAJ for 1.5 years she became the classroom RBT and then finally moved into the Apprentice Teacher position in March of 2021.
Janice has worked with Special Needs individuals at Laurens County Disability since she was 18 and started working as a Lead direct support staff. As a lead direct support staff she worked with adults with multiple disabilities as well as stepping into the role of an ABA therapist. It was at that time that she fell in love with those that have Autism and found her true passion.
Janice is currently finishing her last classes for her BS in Special Education and she can’t wait to continue to help her current and future HAJ students grow.

Miranda Bennett, BCBA
Miranda began working at Project Hope in June 2020. She started working in the ABA field 4 years ago as an intern before graduating from Winthrop University. Miranda soon realized her passion for helping children reach new goals and helping their families, so she pursued a Master's degree from the University of Cincinnati in Foundations of Behavior Analysis. She has experience working in clinic-based settings, as well as home environments. Miranda's favorite part of the job is seeing her clients gain new skills and teaching families strategies to use in the home.
Miranda's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, doing CrossFit, and playing golf.

Ashley is has been working at Project Hope Foundation since the fall of 2015. She began working in Hope Reach and found a love for teenagers. This led her to Hope Alive Junior. She enjoys assisting young adults wirh communication and daily living skills.
She is currently working on her Bachelors degree at the University of South Carolina Upstate. She plans to use this degree to continue helping individuals with autism.
In her spare time, she enjoys singing in her church choir, drawing, and playing with her dogs.
