LaTisha, or Tish, Amos was born in Beatrice, Nebraska, but has lived most of her life in Spartanburg, SC. After graduating from Paul M. Dorman High School, she attended the Art Institute of Atlanta-Dunwoody to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. After living in Atlanta, LaTisha returned back to Spartanburg and was offered the opportunity to work with special needs individuals at WorkAbility, an affiliate of The Charles Lea Center. While there, it was LaTisha’s main goal to teach job skills to special needs employees, so they could obtain gainful employment and work independently in the community.

What was supposed to be a temporary job immediately became a passion. As the years passed, LaTisha was promoted to an Area Production Manager where she helped oversee day to day production of thework floors, supervised staff and employees while still promoting the importance of independence and quality of life. In her spare time, LaTisha enjoys working part time at The Children’s Academy in Spartanburg and also creating different types of art.

She is very excited to bring her ten years of experience to Hope Alive and to help make a difference.

Tammy is a Woodruff, SC native and honor graduate of Woodruff High School. She graduated from Spartanburg Methodist College in 1984. She began her work with children with autism in December 1996 as a line therapist. From 1998 to 2010, Tammy worked as a shadow at Hope Academy. She is currently a “life coach” for the Hope Alive program where she teaches life skills, prepares clients for job opportunities and coordinates social interactions.

Outside of work Tammy enjoys reading, traveling and going to movies. Tammy lives in Woodruff with her husband, Allen, and their son, Jared.

Victoria was born in Greenville, South Carolina. She earned a degree in Office Administration before finding her true passion - working with children. Victoria first joined Hope Reach in October of 2015 as a line therapist. She loved working with younger children and watching them grow and advance their skills. Victoria has been with Hope Alive Jr since August of 2016. She hopes to advance her own education with a focus on behavior analysis in the coming months in order to maximize her impact on the children she is blessed to influence. She finds the work with special needs teens and pre-teens challenging and rewarding.

In her spare time, Victoria is active in her church youth group, enjoys spending time with friends and running road races.
